HKN Governance

As a collaborative partnership between the University of Alberta and the University of Calgary, HKN is governed by two Partners and three Executive Committee members. The Partners are the Chief Librarians at the University of Alberta and the University of Calgary. They set the mission and vision of HKN, and provide high level direction and policy. The Executive Committee is comprised of the HKN General Manager and the Heads of the Health Sciences Libraries at each Partners University. The Executive Committee implements the mission and vision of HKN, and provides ongoing communication between and amongst the Partners.
